GSBN is a private holding company applying three decades of data-driven methodology to inefficient markets across sports trading intelligence and real estate development. We believe capital deployment should be predictable, disciplined, and systematic. That philosophy defines our technology and our infrastructure.
It began with one core belief: markets, sports markets included, are not random. They are inefficient, and inefficiency can be modeled. Over three decades, that belief was tested, refined, and proven across every market condition, without a single losing year. What started as an internal methodology has since matured into a private holding infrastructure spanning Trade Intelligence, Real Estate Development, and Alternative Investments, building the systems and the network behind GSBN today.

With over 40 years in the mortgage banking industry, I’ve held executive roles across production, secondary marketing, and risk management including leadership positions at Chase, Countrywide, and Gateway. I’ve built national origination teams, led risk strategy at scale, and helped shape industry standards as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee for the National Mortgage Bankers Association. As a Certified Mortgage Banker and former instructor at the School of Mortgage Banking, I bring a deep understanding of financial systems and structured markets. At GSBN, I apply that experience to strengthen our risk frameworks and help partners grow with confidence and control.
As CTO and Strategic Executive at GSBN, I lead the development of the technologies that power our partner brands, from our scalable infrastructure to our leading technology based membership platform called the Verum Club. With over 17 years in tech and digital business, my focus has always been on building future-proof systems that create real-world impact. I’ve launched platforms across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., always with one goal: to stay ahead of the curve. At GSBN, I apply that same principle combining AI, automation, and data intelligence to give our members the unfair advantage they need to scale. We don’t just imagine the future of the industry, we’re engineering it.
As the founder of GSBN and the architect behind our proprietary sports trading software, I’ve spent the past decade developing and refining a system that consistently outperforms the market. Based in Las Vegas, I actively use this technology every day to manage real capital trading with the same intelligence we provide to our partners. My background as both a lifelong sports enthusiast and a disciplined investor has driven historical annual returns ranging from 40% to over 80%.
